Louisville Water invites Crescent Hill residents to a community conversation on Tuesday August 16, 6:30 pm at Louisville Water Tower Park, 3005 River Road. As Louisville Water prepares for a back-up power supply at the Crescent Hill Water Treatment Plant, the company wants to give neighbors an overview of a proposed standby generator facility at the company's Frankfort Avenue property. This is an important project to ensure Louisville Water can deliver drinking water during an emergency.
During the conversation on the 16th, Louisville Water will share an overview of the project, the design of a two-and-a-half story building and where it would be placed on the company's property and information on an exit driveway from the Louisville Water pumping station. Louisville Water staff will be on hand to answer questions.
